Since the website’s launch, we have been dedicated to ensuring the accessibility of our website.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
Some aspects of the website do not conform to the accessibility regulations. In particular, this applies to:
- Visual contrast.
- Images are missing a description.
- Documents contained within PDF readers.
Old Parish council will ensure that future content and web development is ,where possible and appropriate, compliant with these regulations.
- Updating historical information and older format documents would create a disproportionate burden on the council in terms of resource and financial outlay and therefore will not be updated
